I have not gotten a chance to go through all of the blog postings, so if someone already mentioned Garth Walker, I am sorry, but he is definitely worth mentioning again anyway.
The reason I looked him up was because my Sculptures professor mentioned him in class on the first day of school this semester. (and, unless I misunderstood, I believe that he might be coming to Texas State to lecture soon).

So to save you from all the reading, this guy took the grafitti on the walls in some jail cells in Africa, and designed a font based off of them. His font was used in the Constitutional Court in South Africa.
