Inspiration Week 12
“FASHION FONT” BY YVETTE YANG
Paris-based korean designer, Yvette Yang, composes collage elements found from the constantly morphing fashion world and turns them into the alphabet.
She then repeats the collage project, called “Fashion Font”, twice a year for each new fashion season. It’s fun to see if you can pick out the trends from the latest season!
Inspiration
The hand rendered typography on the original layout of San Marcos is looking pretty cool.

LAST INSPIRATION!!
I am sorry these are kind of hard to see, but people put a lot of thought and time and effort into their wedding invitations. I love display font.
This one is my favorite. it is hand written and decorated by a profession calligrapher.
If I am off tonight I will post another inspiration that I have been wanting to do with display fonts for a long time- the signs outside neighborhoods always have the prettiest fonts.
